Team Lead (Development Team Lead) Qualifications and Skills:
- Higher education in technology;
- Minimum of 4 years previous experience as a Developer;
- High skills of .NET Framework, knowledge of OOP, PostgreSQL;

- Higher education in technology;
- Experience in developing in .NET, Java or another programming language (former programmer, test engineer);
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience as a Project Manager in software development;
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as an IT Analyst;
- Deep understanding of IT product development, skills in using Agile approaches (scrum, kanban);
